Procoat Roofing is one of the fast rising and trusted roofing and building solution providers in Ghana. We provide roofing and building solutions to individuals, house owners, private and public sector property developers, NGO's, retailers and building merchants etc. We believe that the secret to an attractive house, office/business starts with a great roof and a complete house or office is one with a roof that provides protection and comfort from the elements of the weather with a material durable enough to provide value for your money and sure give you peace of mind.

OUR BACKGROUND

Our official registered name is OAKSTEL PROCOAT & CONSTRUCTION and Procoat Roofing serves as our sales point name or brand name. This amazing company has a very humble beginning where the founder already having over 3years working experience in the roofing industry as a General Manager and Marketer just attempted to help clients who hitherto were gravely deceived and defrauded in their quest to roof their buildings. After thorough thinking, she then decided to discuss the opportunity with one of her business partners she had other business dealings with about the opportunity.

After few months on this quest, they both finally agreed to setup a company in 2020 to officially operate legally as required by the law. They had since then moved on from just having being middlemen between clients and other roofing companies to being the Go - to roofing firm clients prefer to deal with directly due to the excellent products and services they deliver.

However, bringing to bear this vision had its own fair share of challenges but through grit, perseverance and determination, the company has since then worked on numerous projects of different sizes and in various parts of the country for individuals, house owners, private and public sector property developers, NGO's, retailers and building merchant since it's inception in 2020.

Many other aspects of the industry have been under-explored such as the spraying of faded sheets, the installation of downspouts, and solar roofing sheets to make use of Solar Electricity as an alternative energy source, among many others. The company is born from a place of love with our sole aim of being the hopeful voice in the industry for those who were gravely deceived and defrauded by other agents/companies and also to those who seem to be facing real financial constraints at the roofing phase of their building project. We have a split niche which comprises the within-country clients and the Diaspora.

Our focus of services is centered on three major aspects namely; Quality, Affordability and Innovation. We have broken down our three-focus execution into two main phases; the first being Quality and Affordability and the second being Innovation.

Our first phase of Quality and Affordability is being carefully infused into our daily roofing activities. We ensure we procure one of the best raw materials (Aluzinc Coils) with our brand name PRC-SCORCH (with one of the highest Aluminium to zinc content, special surface wrinkle treatment and the best heat transfer of paint), also the latest Leasen Coils with the best aesthetic values spanning a wide range of bright colours corrugated into these profiles;

Our material does not Rust, Fade nor Corrode after installation and with this confidence in our materials, we give our client warranties against the stated properties from 5-30 years. In the area of Affordability, we are breaking new frontiers as we can offer our clients very affordable Payment Plan within the range of 60% - 80% depending on the nature and size of the project. Our Payment Plan system is so non-evasive and this aids our clients and potential clients to complete their projects successfully with ease.

Our Management Team

Our management team is made up of visionary young and passion driven individuals who are entrepreneurs with a good number of years of experience in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Finance and Business Management, Information Technology (IT).

Ms. Hannah Hlordji who is the Founder of this company (OAKSTEL PROCOAT & CONSTRUCTION) is a degree holder in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has been in the building industry for five (5) years and running. She brings onboard many years of experience in managing businesses and human resources and has to her name vast years of entrepreneurship. She doubles as the Marketing Manager of our organization.

Mr. Solomon Khalifa who is the Co-Founder of this company (OAKSTEL PROCOAT & CONSTRUCTION), and also a multi-talented young man with years of entrepreneurship experience and multi-business established. He is an IT Consultant and Software Developer with a BSc in Information Technology from Ghana Telecom University amongst other certifications and has over 5 years of working experience working with individuals, businesses and organizations providing them with IT business solutions for their use in many parts of the globe (Ghana, Nigeria, USA and UK). He also assumes the role of the General Manager and IT Manager of the company.
