INVERTED BOX RIB (IBR)

IBR is an abbreviation of ‘‘Inverted-Box-Rib’’ which is a modification in design and aesthetic quality of the conventional crest-and-trough sheets while IDT is an abbreviation of ‘‘Industrial Deep Trough’’

IDT/IBR are a deep square fluted profile which is designed to offer excellent drainage in the rainy season combined with an attractive look. They can be used as side cladding or roofing material in commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

This roofing sheet measures 20 x 8 feet. It comes in packets and each packet contains 20 sheets per packet. It can also be used for all types of building though it’s ideal for all residential and commercial roof designs especially ones involving long spans like warehouses, factories, etc. Due to its large effective coverage with a subsequently reduced cost, it can meet the budget of even the middle-income earner in Ghana. On the flip side, it also comes in various colours.
